
This fun and easy recipe was first introduced to me in college by my roommate, Lexie. Over the years I’ve made some changes to make it my own! There is no cooking involved in this recipe, which makes it super easy. It’s quick to prepare the night before an event. I tried making it with spinach tortillas to put a fun spin on the recipe for St. Paddy’s, but the wraps started to peel a bit. Flour tortillas work best in my experience. Recipe card at the bottom!
