Where To Buy Your Steelers Apparel This Season

Steelers season is almost upon us so it is time to GEAR UP. I have quite the extensive collection of general Pittsburgh apparel, but I really show out when it comes to Steelers gear LOL. Over the years, I have bought myself items, been gifted items, stolen items from my mom & dad, ya know really any way I could get my hands on some fire pieces. Other than my mom’s closet, these are some shops that I have found success shopping for the start of NFL football season!

Yinzers In The Burgh

Who doesn’t love a weekend morning in the Strip District?! Popping around the Strip is one of my fave activities in Pittsburgh because you get to check out local vendors, shops & grab a coffee/bite to eat. One of my all-time favorite spots to shop for all things yinzer including my beloved Steelers is Yinzers In The Burgh. They have a number of shops on Penn Ave. just keep an eye out for their signs & merch lining the sidewalks! They always have sick items like socks, scarfs, windbreakers & the usual tees & crewnecks that are MUST-HAVES. There is also usually a sale rack so you can gear up on a budget. I also love that they sell Steelers gear for kiddos & babies because who are we kidding – around these parts, you’re a fan since birth! They have lots of licensed merch as well as those fun themed tees everyone loves like “We Run The North” in black & gold.

Zeds in Southside

If you are in on the Pittsburgh vintage scene, you’ve no doubt heard of the long-standing biz, Zeds in Southside. Zeds goes OFF with the vintage apparel for all Pittsburgh sports teams, but really shows out for the Steelers. Head to their shop on E. Carson or their Instagram page @shopzeds for some of their latest & greatest pieces. Crewneck sweatshirts, tees & the ever coveted vintage winter jackets can be found STOCKED up at Zeds. Make sure you stop in & secure your pieces ahead of the season, because they are a popular spot!

Rally House

Rally House is a great spot for reliable classic Steelers gear. With a super convenient location in the North Shore attached to the parking garage on W. General Robinson, you can grab gear on your way to any Steelers affair in the city. One great thing about Rally House is that there are a number of locations that reach into the suburbs for those who aren’t all about the hustle bustle of game day in the city! Rally House conveniently has locations in the Waterfront, North Hills Village, Ross Park Mall, Settlers Ridge, South Hills Village, Robinson, The Streets of Cranberry & Miracle Mile.

Monarch Studios in Etna

Another vintage powerhouse in Pittsburgh gear, Monarch Studios has been one of my new fave spots to snag some cool apparel. They started out like a lot of vintage businesses – as a pop-up! I first came across Monarch Studios at a pop-up in Millvale & fell in love. In that first visit, I snagged 4 pieces for $100, including my striped fleece quarter zip pictured here. I came across them again a few months later at the vintage swap event at PPG Paints & was again blown away by their cool pieces & their affordability. Since then, Monarch Studios has opened a brick-and-mortar location in Etna with a nice collection of Pittsburgh vintage apparel. Trust me when I say you’re gonna wanna make a special stop to this shop.

WEAR by Erin Andrews

Calling all female NFL fans!! WEAR by Erin Andrews is the online apparel line for you. I heard about this brand just last year & have already scored some pieces for this season hehe. You can find anything from jewelry to stylish stadium bags to all sorts of apparel! I have the CUTEST NFL bomber jacket that will be perfect for any game when the Steelers aren’t playing, but I still want to rep the league without repping another team 🤪 WEAR also just launched a collaboration with BaubleBar that has the cutest charm necklaces, earrings & other jewelry. If you need anymore convincing our Pittsburgh Sideline Reporter, Missi Matthews, sports WEAR by Erin Andrews so you know it is Pittsburgh approved!

The Yinzer Shop

This family-owned online business is the BOMB. The family that owns The Yinzer Shop is so sweet & were amazing to work with as they sent over a couple pieces from their collection for me! They sell a number of licensed items like terrible towels & stunning Wendell August Forge metal & glass pieces, perfect keepsakes! They also sell fun non-licensed apparel like tees that say “Play Renegade” & this awesome crewneck I have pictured that lists out every year the Penguins, Pirates, or Steelers won their respective title. City of Champions HOLLA. If you purchase apparel or anything else yinzer related from The Yinzer Shop, use my link here for 15% off your purchase 😉

Apricot Lane Boutique Pittsburgh

Apricot Lane is a little Pittsburgh boutique serving up some cutie Steelers styles this fall! They just released their collection of knit sweaters, crews, denim jackets & other items perfect for a football fan that LOVES to have the perfect cutesy fit. Their iconic Pittsburgh denim jacket is back (AHH!) as well as general gameday pieces & Steelers specific items. I may have already snagged a cute piece for myself! Apricot Lane is located in Walnut Street in Shadyside, but you can also buy online & pick up in store to have it in time for Sunday’s season opener! Shipping is also an option if you aren’t local to the area.

Steelers Pro Shop

Looking for jerseys? Terrible Towels? Limited edition merch? Sideline gear to match the team? Look no further than the Steelers Pro Shop! The Steelers Pro Shop is the official shop of the Pittsburgh Steelers so they have all of the licensed goods. A lot of the apparel that the players wear is sold to the public through the Pro Shop like the Nike Dri-FIT Player Long Sleeve T-Shirt. You can also shop the limited edition Terrible Towels including the Thanksgiving edition, Halloween edition & more which are always great collector’s items or host gifts around the holidays for fellow Pittsburghers! You can find pretty much anything official Steelers at this store from apparel for men, women & kids, to accessories, fan gear & memorabilia. They are attached to Heinz Field so you can stop by anytime their hours permit while down in the North Shore!

Now, an honorable mention for some shops I’ve seen sell Steelers apparel, but haven’t had the chance to buy for myself.
